- Advertise and market your property
- Show your property and provide details on your home
- Take the rental application
- Set up a meeting with you and the prospective tenant
- Write up a Lease according to FAR/BAR guideline
Best of all, there is no contract, initial payment, or retainer for our time. We get paid only if we successfully find you a tenant!
If you own a property and need assistance finding a tenant, we will advertise and market your property at no cost. There is no contract, initial payment, or retainer for our time and effort. Once a potential tenant contacts us, we will show and give property information. If the potential tenant is interested at this point an application is filled out and given to the landlord. We will also set up a meeting to meet or speak with the tenant if desired. If the tenant is accepted we will write up a lease which comes from the Florida Association of Realtors and The Florida Bar. Our fee is due only after the lease is signed and both parties are in agreement. Of course, if the landlord finds a tenant through their own efforts, no fee will be charged. This promotes client satisfaction and provides the landlord with a “no strings attached” service.
